Visceral Fat VS Subcutaneous Fat

Jangan terperanjat kalau saya kata semua orang ada belly fat, orang kurus pun ada. Ini perkara normal. Tapi terlalu banyak belly fat boleh menjejaskan kesihatan lebih teruk dari lemak-lemak lain yang ada di badan kita. Ada lemak di bawah kulit, subcutaneous fat, kurang berbahaya.  Lemak lain berada jauh ke dalam, di keliling jantung, paru-paru, hati dan organ-organ lain.Ini yang dipanggil visceral fat -- masalah terbesar untuk semua, walaupun untuk mereka yang kurus.
Lemak kena ada sikit, untuk kusyen kepada semua organ.  Tapi kalau terlalu banyak boleh menyebabkan kita berisiko tinggi untuk menghidapi penyakit-penyakit kronik seperti tekanan darah tinggi, type 2 diabetes, sakit jantung, dementia, dan beberapa jenis kanser termasuk breast cancer dan colon cancer.

What Is It About Lecithin...

Lecithin is a beneficial compound in a number of different settings. 

When taken as a dietary supplement it can help improve the strength and function of the heart, can aid cognitive functions like memory retention and logical reasoning, and might also reduce inflammation and internal swelling.
