A handful of nuts is a tasty treat that helps in lowering cholesterol.
Nuts are high in monounsaturated fat, which lowers LDL "bad" cholesterol while leaving HDL "good" cholesterol intact.

Nuts are high in fat and calories, so eat only a handful.
